1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Odex CRM (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Odex CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that provides tools for contact management, sales pipeline tracking, invoicing, project management, and business communication. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Free plans remain free with stated feature limitations.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of payment.
5. Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your CRM data. You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service’s operation
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odex CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
