Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password. If you upgrade to a paid plan, we collect billing information processed securely through Stripe.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information.

CRM Data

You control the data you enter into Odex CRM (contacts, companies, deals, invoices, etc.). This data belongs to you and is stored in your isolated tenant database.

  • To process transactions and send billing notifications
  • To send service-related communications (updates, security alerts)
  • To respond to your requests and support inquiries
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve the platform

Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use multi-tenant data isolation to ensure your CRM data is never accessible by other tenants. Regular automated backups are performed daily and stored in geographically separate locations.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. You can export all CRM data as CSV from your account settings. To delete your account, contact support or use the self-service option in settings.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
