Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password. If you upgrade to a paid plan, we collect billing information processed securely through Stripe.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information.
CRM Data
You control the data you enter into Odex CRM (contacts, companies, deals, invoices, etc.). This data belongs to you and is stored in your isolated tenant database.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. You can export all CRM data as CSV from your account settings. To delete your account, contact support or use the self-service option in settings.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
