- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan is free with no time limit for up to 5 users, and covers companies, contacts, projects, tasks, support tickets and the client portal.
- Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
- Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial of the Professional plan. No credit card is needed to sign up.
- How does per-user pricing work?
- Each plan includes a number of users: 5 on Free, then 10, 30, 50 and 110 on the paid plans. Above that, each extra user is $1.49 a month.
- Is there a discount for paying yearly?
- Yes. A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free.
- What does "Coming soon" mean on a plan?
- It marks a feature we are building that is not available yet. When it is released it will be included in the plans that list it, at no extra cost.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing settings.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. You can export your records to CSV at any time.
