Why we built it
CRM Odex is made by Apisylux, a team that does client work itself. Like most agencies, we ended up with one tool for the sales pipeline, another for projects, a help desk for client requests and something else for invoices — and spent too much time keeping them in step.
So we built one workspace where the client record ties everything together. Open a company and you see its deals, its projects, its open tickets and what it owes, without copying anything between apps.
We are moving our own client work onto it, which keeps us honest about what works and what still needs doing.
